Refund Policy

Unopened or sealed products returned within 30 days will receive an in-store credit or exchange with original receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be given on un-sealed or opened products, gift certificates, gift cards, and partially used packages. All sales final on sale and clearance products, Jewelry, Candles and Eyeglasses.

Package Policy

Value on pre-purchased service items valid for one year from date of purchase. Amount paid never expires.

Payment Types

We accept credit card and cash payment only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept any type of checks, money orders or cashier checks. We also accept financing through CareCredit & PatientFi.

Cancellation Policy & No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at A Younger You Medical Spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request if you need to adjust your appointment or cancel, that you do so a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client.

We require that all guests supply a credit card to keep on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.

If we do not receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for adjustments or cancellations or if you no-show your appointment, the following fees will be applied:

• * Ultherapy appointments will be charged $100.
• * Coolsculpting will be subject to lose the $100 deposit plus an additional $50 per Coolsculpting treatment scheduled that day. Pre-paid Coolsculpting appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 for first treatment plus $50 for each additional treatment(s) scheduled the same day. (ie: a 3 hour appointment will be charged $200)
• All other appointments and consultations will be charged $50.

Winter Seasonal Note

Living in Wisconsin we are all aware that we get our fair share of snow and bad weather!

Please keep weather delays in mind and plan extra time for travel on snowy days. If there is a statewide or county issued Snow/Weather Emergency, we will forgive the 48 hour cancelation fee if you can not make it to an appointment due to weather on a declared Weather Emergency Day.

However, if there is not a statewide or local declared weather emergency, the 48 hour cancelation policy will still be enforced, so plan accordingly for the weather.

Deposit Policy

Due to the significant amount of time invested in the following procedures, we require a deposit for these appointments:

• Coolsculpting
• Ultherapy

At the time of your appointment, the deposit will be applied toward your treatment. Any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit your deposit.

*If your services are pre-paid, you will be subject to the cancellation policy and will not have to pay an additional deposit.

Late Arrival

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. We ask that you call to notify us if you will be running late. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, however services may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Depending on the time of delay, some appointments will need to be rescheduled. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value.
