What Is involved in a HydraFacial? - A Younger You Burlington

Have you spent tireless hours sifting through a plethora of skincare products only to be disappointed by the results? We have a product to fit your needs and go beyond your expectations! At A Younger You in Burlington, Wisconsin, our spa and skincare center offer a great non-invasive treatment know as a HydraFacial to rejuvenate your skin and have you look glowing and radiant!

How a Hydrafacial Works: The Five-Step Process

Let's delve into the process of how a hydrafacial will truly give you your best complexion and softest skin. Thankfully, the process of becoming the new you with treatment is painless and fast-acting. You'll be walking out of the building feeling like a brand new you after a few simple steps of treatment have been enacted. Just so you know, it's important before treatment to wash the area being treated and remove any makeup.

Step 1: Vortex-Exfoliation™

To begin your treatment, we use Activ- 4™ serum to provide vortex exfoliation. When this serum is rubbed into the face, it removes dead skin cells from the skin to cleanse the skin and prepare it for the next phases of treatment. This process makes it possible for the next phases of hydrafacial treatment to be used on the newest clean layer of skin.

Step 2: Vortex-Peel™

After vortex exfoliation on the skin has been completed, a vortex peel is used. Glycolic and salicylic acids are mixed together to form a substance known as Glysal™ serum. The glysal serum is then applied all over the face to treat and rejuvenate the skin. After the glysal reacts to the skin, the dead skin is then peeled off to show the baby-soft skin underneath. The best part is a vortex peel treatment prevents scarring to the skin while providing the traditional benefits of a chemical peel.

Step 3: Vortex-Extraction™

During this process, Beta-HD™ serum is used with vortex suction to extract deeply embedded dirt and grime as well as remove any sort of bacteria from the pores. This provides the chance for clients' clogged pores to open and breathe.

Step 4: Vortex-Fusion™

For the next process known as vortex fusion, Antiox+™ serum utilizes peptides, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid to nourish, protect, and hydrate the client's skin.

Step 5: Protect and Extend

For the final step of treatment, we encourage the client to used quality skin-care products at home following the treatment process to experience the maximum benefits of treatment.

What Makes This Treatment Worth While?

Unlike other skincare routines and treatments, a hydrafacial provides clients will a full range of benefits, not just one or two. Overall, the skin will be heightened and tightened to give clients an ageless glow in under thirty minutes!  Once treatment is complete, clients can say goodbye to wrinkles, oily skin, enlarged, infected, or clogged pores, fine lines, discoloration, and acne.

There Are Many Benefits

1. It Extracts and Hydrates

Growth factors are a protein vital to maintaining cellular growth that keeps the skin young and refreshed. Hydrafacials use growth factors suction to extract grime from the pores of a client and hydrate the skin. This process makes fine lines and wrinkles less prevalent.

2. It Fuses and Protects

Dermabuilder is used within the hydrafacial process to condition and cleanse the skin's surface with antioxidants and peptides to promote a radiant complexion.

3. It Cleanses and Peels

This treatment makes use of the formula Britenol to exfoliate the skin gently with bearberry extract and Vitamin C, which fade dark spots and brighten the skin. Once the exfoliation is complete, a new layer of skin is birthed. Britenolis is clinically proven to provide clients with a youthful and radiant complexion after treatment.

This Treatment is Ideal for Those With Sensitive Skin

As opposed to other skin treatment options like microdermabrasion that are not recommended to those with sensitive skin, a hydrafacial is fine. In fact, we actually recommend this treatment to those with thin skin, rosacea, and sensitive skin. We provide clients with a service that cleanses, extracts pores, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin as gently as possible. When you're ready to walk out of the spa door, you can feel confident in knowing that our team will have you looking your greatest and feeling your best!

What Areas of the Body Can Use This Treatment?

Most often, this treatment is used on the forehead, cheeks, chin, upper and lower lips, under eyes, the sides of eyes, etc. However, even though treatment is most often used on the face, it can also be used on the back shoulders and arms to treat body acne and other skin conditions.

Can This Treatment Be Used by Everyone?

Yes! This treatment can be used by any and every person and skin type! We even recommend this treatment to those with sensitive skin. A hydrafacial is for any individual who has fine lines and wrinkles, oily and congested skin, brown spots, enlarged pores, discoloration, and elasticity and firmness issues.

What Results Should I Expect?

Once treatment is complete, you should expect to see immediate results. Any fine lines, wrinkles, acne, or age spots should be faded drastically. Your skin will also feel tighter to the touch and brighter to the eye. After treatment is complete, you can get back to your life as normal and even apply your makeup again on the treated area.

How Many Treatments Are Needed?

This treatment has immediate results. Once you have completed your first treatment, you should see a noticeable difference. These results should last for five to seven days. To achieve longer-lasting results, we recommend our clients keep future treatments four weeks apart.
